Welcome to the RP Haven

The Role Play Haven is the largest gaming role playing club in London; based in Lewisham in South East London. If you decide to come along, which we're sure you will, then you'll have a myriad of games to choose from. Whether it be from the classic Dungeons and Dragons, created by Gary. E.Gygax, or more recent publications such as Legend of the Five Rings or the popular Sci-fi  Eclipse Phase. With at least half a dozen tables to choose from, you'll always find something to suit your gaming needs.
The club runs weekly, so you'll never be short of something to do, and we are pleased to announce that we also have a Board Gaming night dedicated to more tactical games such as Game of Thrones, Settlers of Catan and many more! We even accommodate card games such as Magic: The Gathering and the all-time favourite, Munchkin!
The Role Play Haven is a Non-profit, community driven Gaming Club focussed on delivering an excellent gaming experience based upon what you want to play. You can either run your own game or take part in games with some of our award winning Games Masters, Storytellers and Dungeon Masters.
Our goal is not only to bring the community to gaming, but also to bring gaming to the community. Soon we will be able to deliver our passion to the reaches of London, and eventually the whole of the UK. We aim to establish a gaming haven, a Role Play Haven, where anyone can come and fulfil their gaming needs! World Domination is not our aim, but maybe one day...
We also endeavour to support the Gaming Community. We frequently run special events and aim to keep our members and guests informed of conventions, Kickstarters and other gaming opportunities throughout the year. We actively encourage feedback so we can offer a rich and exciting gaming experience, tailored to put a smile on your face!

New to Role Playing?

If you've never done role play before, don't worry! We are more than happy to show you how to play and launch you into the wonderful world of Roleplay!
Your role is to play a character in a fantasy scenario created by your Games Master (GM). They will lead you through your adventure with detailed descriptions, scenarios and puzzles and will shape the world around you.
Your Games Master will use a core set of rules, detailed in a rulebook. These provide the mechanics of the universe in which you are playing, enabling you to easily step into another world.
The objective is to allow YOU as a player to do want you want as your character within the story. YOU control your actions and YOU are the Heroes and Heroines of the story... unless you are the Villains! YOU decide your fate.
