Liverpool RPH partners with Pelgrane Press

An investigative horror treat is coming to Liverpool’s Role Play Haven! On Tuesday 27 October, they’re welcoming Pelgrane Press for a special One-Shot Night celebrating some of their fantastic role-playing games.

Known for their atmospheric settings, investigative mysteries and dark conspiracies, Pelgrane Press will be bringing demo games to the table, alongside games material, prizes and support for charity. It’s a brilliant opportunity to try something new, meet fellow players and discover why Pelgrane has earned such a great reputation in the role-playing community.

What will be lurking around the table?
Trail of Cthulhu: Investigate cosmic horrors and uncover truths humanity was never meant to know.
Fear Itself: Ordinary people caught up in extraordinary and terrifying situations.
Swords of the Serpentine: Swashbuckling adventure, dangerous magic and intrigue in a corrupt fantasy city.
Night’s Black Agents: Espionage meets horror as secret agents uncover vampire conspiracies.
The Yellow King: Surreal, unsettling horror where reality itself cannot be trusted.

Whether you fancy hunting cultists, exposing sinister conspiracies, battling supernatural threats or navigating a world where nothing is quite as it seems, there’s something here to get your investigative instincts tingling.

Alongside the Pelgrane games, there will be additional one-shots running with a spooky Halloween-inspired theme, offering even more opportunities to get involved.

Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re a current member, a lapsed member, or simply curious about what Role Play Haven is all about, this One-Shot Night is a great way to give tabletop role-playing a go. You don’t need previous experience, and your first session is completely FREE if you’re new to the club.

So gather your courage, sharpen your investigative instincts and join us on Tuesday 27 October 2026. Just remember: some mysteries are better left unsolved…

Sign-ups open on Wednesday 21 October 2026, so keep an eye out and get ready to claim your place at the table. We look forward to seeing you there!
