Dump the plastic and go digital
You've been asking for this for a long time, and now it's here. The new Role Play Haven digital membership pass allows you to download and store your RPH membership pass on any Apple iPhone, iPad or Android device. The passes include a new unique QR code that you'll be able to use for scanning Game Session Tokens – just like a physical membership card.
When you buy your membership you will see the new button to purchase a "Digital only" membership. You get the same primary membership benefits – book spaces on games, buy GSTs at a discount and download a digital pass for scanning.
No plastic! No postage costs! And we are talking to all our retail partners to re-affirm in-store discounts for digital membership.
You can log into your Role Play Haven "My Account" and download a digital membership pass for your Apple or Google Wallet on your mobile phone.
(At 2026 September renewal only a very small number of people were interested in a physical card and so it hasn't proved financially viable to produce plastic cards. As many of you are aware, we have had some challenges getting cards delivered to you reliably over the last several months. The new digital membership feature means you'll no longer need to rely on receiving your card to be able to show your membership QR code.)
